Pulse Support
Pulse connects exactly two phones. One intentional tap becomes a quiet notification for the other person.

Notifications are not arriving
- On each iPhone, open Settings → Apps → Pulse → Notifications and allow notifications.
- Check Focus, Silent Mode, notification summaries, and Apple Watch notification routing. iOS decides whether the screen lights, a sound plays, or a watch receives the alert.
- Make sure both phones have an internet connection and that the connection in Pulse still shows the other person's name.
- Open Pulse once after reinstalling so the phone can register its current notification token.
Pairing two phones
Create an invite on the first phone, then enter its six-character code on the second phone. A code admits exactly two phones and closes permanently after they connect. If a connection is ended, create a new invite rather than reusing the old code.
Home Screen widget
Long-press the iPhone Home Screen, choose Add Widget, search for Pulse, and add Send a Pulse. The widget opens Pulse and sends only when an active two-phone connection exists.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Open Pulse Settings and choose Disconnect to remove that phone from the connection. For help locating and deleting a remaining connection record, email us with the six-character invite code. Pulse has no account or email address with which to identify you.
Privacy
Pulse has no advertising, analytics, contact access, location access, or cross-app tracking. Read the full Privacy Policy.
