Circle Support
Circle combines on-device health trends, medication reminders, personal notes, and a health information Agent.
Contact
Email 0xshxyz@gmail.com for technical support, feedback, privacy requests, or server-data deletion. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Circle username, and a short description of the issue. Never send your password.
Medication reminders are not appearing
- Open Circle's medication settings, choose the three reminder times, and enable reminders.
- In iOS Settings, open Apps → Circle → Notifications and allow notifications.
- Check Focus, Silent Mode, notification summaries, and Apple Watch routing. When the iPhone is locked, iOS may deliver an alert to an unlocked Apple Watch instead.
Apple Health data is missing
- Open the Health app, review Circle's data access, and allow the categories you want Circle to read.
- Circle never writes to Apple Health. Available charts depend on data collected by your iPhone, Apple Watch, or another Health-compatible source.
- Beat-to-beat and ECG sample views require compatible source data and may be empty even when ordinary heart-rate data is available.
Circle account and Agent
The on-device health, sleep, medication, and local note features can be used without sending Apple Health data to the server. Account-based synchronization and Agent conversations require an invitation-only Circle account. Passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain.
Medical safety
Circle provides personal recordkeeping and general health information, not diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay contacting a physician, pharmacist, or emergency service because of information shown in Circle.
Privacy and deleting data
Read the Circle Privacy Policy. To request access to or deletion of server notes, transcripts, conversations, or an account, email support from the address above and include the Circle username. Local data can be removed in the app or by deleting the app.
